Cleo and Steeplechase Partner to Offer Network Fax and Digital Filing
Loves Park , IL— Today, Cleo Communications announced the partnership with Steeplechase Enterprises, Inc. in implementing the shared Streem Fax™ network fax and Xerox DocuShare ® digital filing solution. The combined solution provides customers with automated enterprise faxing and document management technology, reducing manual processes, improving productivity, and offering a significant return on investment (ROI) within the first year.
Cleo’s Streem team develops, installs, and supports the Streem solutions directly, while Steeplechase's Document Solutions division implements all Xerox DocuShare products, providing ease of installation, administration, and use. This collaborative solution simplifies deployment and reduces IT complexity, despite the typical mix of devices, databases, servers, directory services, and storage systems found in today's enterprise. With Streem Fax, users send and receive faxes via email, and have the ability to scan to fax from a Xerox Multi-function Device. Faxes are then routed to the secure DocuShare repository where they are indexed for paperless storage and easy retrieval. Together, Cleo’s Streem Fax Network Fax and Xerox DocuShare's Enterprise Content Management Solutions easily scale from small to large installations.
