To purchase your technical support subscription, please contact your Cleo Sales Representative by calling 1.800.233.2536 (in North America) or 001.815.654.8110 (International). You may also email questions to sales@cleo.com.
Users of Cleo's products may choose from two levels of technical support services:
- Standard Support Services
- provided free with purchase - Support Subscription Services
- a comprehensive annual fee program
Standard Support Services include:
- Website
Cleo's website includes detailed product and compatibility information as well as FAQ and Technical Bulletin listings on all of our software and hardware. - Automated Test Lines
Instructions and files for running a test are included in each package shipped. - Fee-based Product Upgrades
Contact your Cleo Sales Representative for the latest version and pricing. - One-year Hardware Warranty
All Cleo hardware is warranted for one year from the date of purchase. - Optional Back-up Hardware
Cleo recognizes the mission-critical nature of your communication needs and so allows an additional hardware purchase per license for back-up purposes.
Technical Support Subscriptions include the standard services plus all of the following:
- Free Software Upgrades and Sample Scripts
Your subscription entitles you to upgrades, new versions of your Cleo software, and sample scripts that can simplify your scriptwriting tasks. Contact a sales representative or technical support specialist for details. - Technical Support via Telephone, Web Request, E-mail and
Fax
Technical Support Analysts are available to assist with installation, testing and troubleshooting. Voicemail, web support requests, e-mail, or fax messages will be responded to by the next available Support Analyst in the order they were received, during normal business hours.
